The job incumbent is responsible for the development of effective sales measurement, analysis and incentives to support the achievement of business objective. He / she will also responsible to develop capacity planning to support the achievement of sales target and provide sales support and assistance to sales function to achieve business goals.

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years experience in corporate banking handling trade finance, treasury,    &nbspand custody products.
  • Has previous experience in cash management or electronic banking is not essential, but would    &nbspbe an advantage.
  • Has proven track record in selling complex banking services to external parties.

    The Jobholder is responsible to manage recruitment / sourcing, employee relations, talent and performance management and as “one stop services” for HR matters in the branch.

  • Hold Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in any related discipline with     outstanding achievements
  • Must have minimum 2 years experience in HR Recruitment, Training and Payroll.
  • Having knowledge on UU 13/2003 and Employee Relation are preferred.
  • Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to maintain healthy     relationships with various functional areas to work within a short timeframe
  • Willing to travel frequently and be located at Medan.

  • Hold a minimum of a bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring Accounting or IT    &nbspwould be advantage.
  • Has a minimum of 2-3 year experience in banking/financial institution or IT background.

    Supervisor Investment Product

    The jobholder is responsible for maintaining smooth Onshore & Offshore investment products processes, both for existing and new products launches. He/she will also be responsible to ensure timely and accurate report to the regulators and Asia Pacific. In doing so, he/she will also liaise very closely with various internal departments and external parties.

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and analytical skills, communication and problem solving skills, innovative approach and team work player.
    • Able to work under pressure while maintaining consistent service level standards to internal and external customers and be fluent with the Bank’s operating guidelines
    • Demonstrate a proficient banking products knowledge and a high degree of integrity
