Recruiter for Mass Recruitment (Code: REC MR SUP – 10)

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible to support the Bank in managing the mass recruitment and assure the     recruitment fulfillment as per business required within the given timeline.
  • As the leader for the mass recruitment, you will be in charge for all the strategic planning and     implementation of sourcing, selection and finalization process throughout Indonesia.
    Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Psychology would be an advantage
  • Preference will be given to those with exposure in managing mass recruitment
  • Good communication, presentation and interview skills
  • Available for frequent business travel
  • Proficiency in English is a must, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity, spirited and dynamic
