Technical Manager (Pre-Sales & Project Management)

Tanggung Jawab
He/she is tasked to provide Presales Support, Product Presentations, POC & RFI/RFP bid response through diternal resources & partners. Accountabilities (but not limited to):

• Peruntukm technical product presentation to clients
• Handle customer queries and translate to solution requirements,
proactively difluence technical requirements & specifications & scope dari work.
• mengembangkancomprehensive effective solutions untuk clients
• Plan and peruntukm prodari dari concept (POC) to clients
• Able to write technical proposals and handle, RFI/RFP and tender documentations
• Built and maditadi close relationship with clients

Persyaratan :
The Technical Manager will work closely with the Sales Team, di-country distributors/system ditegrators team to achieve target revenue and margdis.
This position shall provide expertise di NMS/ BSM and Web Acceleration suite dari products.

He/She will have background di Network difrastructure management solutions. This could be service management, service automation, Application Management and/or IT Asset Management.

Any product experience such as Tivoli, BMC, Openview etc is advantages. Experience with network/server management tools and network technologies (as many as possible) e.g., switch, Routers, frame-relay,OpenView,Tivoli, Remedy, Netcool, CA UniCenter is preferred.

Pelamar Lowongan Kerja should be Indonesian citizens atau hold relevant residence status.

kandidat should have the followdigs:

• The ability to peruntukm system admdiistration on Unix OS and Wdidows OS.
• Bachelor’s degree atau setara
• Excellent analytical, problem solvdig, diterpersonal, and communication ketrampilans
• Experience with either Cisco, Juniper atau Huawei switches/routers & knowledge dari SNMP
protocol would be a plus
• Knowledge dari WWW,HTTP, and TCP/IP networkdig, di terms dari technology, topology
• Network Certification di CCNA/CCNP is an advantage
• Ability to present to a large group dari audience
• Ability to produce high-quality Proposals which convey complex analysis
• Able to travel overseas as and when required
• Good command dari Bahasa Indonesia & Inggris language
